【Pharmacological action】Madumicin ammonium is a monovalent monoglycoside ionophore anticoccidial drug with a broad spectrum of anticoccidial. It is highly effective against Eimeria coccidioides such as poisonous, giant, tender, stacked, Brucelli, and metamorphosis in chickens. It is also effective against strains resistant to other polyether anticoccidiostats. Madumicin ammonium can interfere with the early stage of coccidia life cycle, that is, the sporozoite stage of coccidia development and the first generation of schizonts. Maduramicin ammonium not only inhibits the growth of coccidia, but also kills coccidia. When maduramicin ammonium is mixed with chickens (5mg/kg feed), the elimination half-life in liver, kidney, muscle, skin, fat and other tissues is about 24 hours.

【Usage and Dosage】 Based on this product. Mixed feeding: 500g of chicken per 1000kg of feed.
【Adverse reactions】 High toxicity, narrow safety range, high concentration (7mg/kg feed) mixed feeding can cause different degrees of poisoning or even death in chickens.
【Precautions】 (1) It can be used in commercial feed and breeding process. (2) Chickens that lay eggs for human consumption shall not be used during the laying period. (3) When taking medicine, it must be accurately measured, and the medicine should be fully stirred.The concentration should not be increased arbitrarily. (4) The feces of chickens fed with madomecin must not be added to working animal feed, otherwise it will cause animal poisoning and even death.
